We require a minimum of 48 hours advance confirmation for pick up and/or delivery for up to 50 servings. Events over 50 servings will require a minimum of 1 week advance ordering. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours in advance of the order delivery schedule.
Payment terms: Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Check. There is a $50.00 fee for returned checks. A 50% deposit is required at the time of the order, with full payment due the day of the event, unless a corporate account has been established for billing. In case of cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded. Any refund is at the discretion of People’s Choice Café Management.
Substitutions: Due to changing food cost and availability, People’s Choice Café reserves the right to make substitutions when the market conditions change, or when there are circumstances beyond our control. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value. When possible, you will be notified in advance of any substitutions prior to your event.
Buffet Service: People’s Choice Café will provide at no additional cost, linens, disposable plastic ware, disposable plates and cups, serving utensils, chafers for hot foods, and condiments deemed appropriate for each menu, excluding “a la carte” items.
If your event is not within a 2 mile radius, there will be a minimal delivery charge. Events within 2-5 miles will result in a $20.00 delivery charge, and events beyond 5 miles will be quoted based on the distance. Requests for servers during the event will be an additional charge, quoted at the time of the order.
